“As my car was being serviced, Desmond constantly kept me updated as to what was happening: he explained it in a way I could understand.”

“After reading what Desmond had to say about a free scan on Neighbourly website my wife and I decided to take our Honda Odyssey into this firm to have our car seen to.

This place is very busy, and I can see why. I sat and observed and even questioned customers why they chose this place. Many said that they were very, very happy at the service offered. Here is a summary of my observations;
Clean and very tidy office and very friendly staff. They even made me a cup of coffee: I had brought my own mug.

As my car was being serviced, Desmond constantly kept me updated as to what was happening: he explained it in a way I could understand. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN 40 YEARS OF OWNING A VEHICLE. He even brought me a picture taken by his camera of the affected part and used this for further explanation.

Paul (the owner) then came in. He acquainted me with the payment methods, in which I admired being in THE KNOW. I knew upfront exactly what my obligations were as to payment were. Don’t be shy when Paul does this, he is just being careful that no one leaves without paying.

The car was ready, Desmond explained the intricacies of what and why of the issue concerning our prized possession. I drove away knowing that my car had been in GOOD HANDS run by GOOD PEOPLE.
